Registered Dental Hygienists are essential members of collaborative care, ensuring comprehensive, patient-centered health solutions. The Oral Systemic Educator Certificate Program^TM is our foundational, self-paced online course, taught by 16 of our industry's most specialized instructors. This program is the only one that has achieved accreditation through the ANSI National Accreditation Board in all of dentistry, across the globe. It provides 34.5 AGD PACE credit hours. Distinguish yourself among your peers as a Healthcare Hygienist who focuses on oral systemic health versus dental health alone.

This self-paced, on-demand Oncology Certificate Program for RDHs ^TM will provide a registered dental hygienist with 18 AGD PACE credit hours and an in-depth review of implications cancer treatment can have on the oral cavity and how to serve as an oral health advocate on multidisciplinary oncology teams; for both adult and pediatric patients. Upon completion of this program, students will be more confident caring for oncology patient's oral health, speaking to and educating oncology providers, and working within integrated care teams, helping hygienists rise as much needed oral health experts in oncology. Oncology treatment facilities need you!

Leadership in Dental Hygiene extends far beyond clinical practice. This seven unit course is led by Jessica Havens and Deb Daniel, dental hygienists who created successful careers in healthcare administration, contributing to systemic health without the rigors of clinical practice. This program is uniquely tailored to expand career pathways inside a dental setting or far beyond it. With recorded lectures that allow you to study at your own pace, participants will engage in reflective exercises, building foundational knowledge, and a skill-building capstone exercise that fosters professional growth and leadership excellence.

Conducting a Thorough Head, Neck, Oral & Oropharyngeal Cancer Screening Utilizing The Cotten Method™

This mini-program (3.5 AGD PACE credit hours) is designed to examine the components of a comprehensive head and neck evaluation and increase confidence in performing this critical life-saving procedure. This course is based on the four science-based pillars of screening in The Cotten Method™ of screening; etiologies, risk factors, signs and symptoms, and the visual and tactile, extraoral, and intraoral evaluation. This course will demonstrate why the four pillars are essential in a comprehensive screening.
